Soon after Ghanaian music group, Dope Nation bade goodbye to Lynx Entertainment Record Label, their label mate Kuami Eugene granted an interview to Joy News where he said that he was happy that the duo left the record label.
He noted that when Dope Nation was there, the attention that was given to them wasn’t enough but now that they have left, he and Kidi who’re now left at the record label would have the best of attention.
These comments from the Rockstar indicated that perhaps, he wasn’t happy with the idea that Dope Nation was signed in the first place so they’re leaving is good news to him.
Well, Dope Nation has obviously heard the comments Kuami Eugene has made and they have replied accordingly.
Speaking in an interview on Okay FM with Abeiku Santana today Saturday 8th 2020, they noted that they were really hurt when they heard what Kuami Eugene said.
However, they still respect and have love for him.
The group remarked that Kuami Eugene is a very good musician and one of the best in Ghana as a matter of fact but it’ll be good for him to work on how he speaks sometimes.
